The challenges of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI in connection with data are diverse and affect the entire data lifecycle. At the Swiss Data Alliance panel discussion, we will attempt to determine our position with a special focus on the perspective of companies.

  • What internal data governance and data management prerequisites are necessary with regard to AI projects?

  • In which areas is AI currently being used, and where is its use planned in the near future? What obstacles and limitations exist on the company side?

  • Will the hype surrounding AI be followed by a «Data Winter» with hardly any freely available data sources, as Stefaan Verhulst fears?
