For the first time since the publication of the Federal Council report on digital sovereignty, this panel discussion offers an opportunity for in-depth exchange with the relevant authorities. The focus will be on the federal government's intentions and their possible impact on the economy.
Moritz Burrichter is a diplomatic officer in the FDFA's Directorate for International Law and was jointly responsible for drafting the Federal Council report.
Adrian Koster from the State Secretariat for Security Policy (SEPOS) contributed to the Federal Council report and is now involved in setting up the interdepartmental working group.
Guido Greber works at Accenture Switzerland and is Swiss Data Alliance of the Swiss Data Alliance executive board. He is co-author of the white paper on digital sovereignty.
Christian Laux is a lawyer and co-author of various Swiss Data Alliance publications Swiss Data Alliance digital sovereignty. He will moderate the panel discussion.
