The white paper concisely presents the Swiss Data Alliance's audit model for digital sovereignty.

Digital Sovereignty

Sovereignty is a matter for the state. This also applies in the digital realm. To clarify responsibilities, the Swiss Data Alliance proposes an audit model.

Digital sovereignty comes into play when digital processes have an impact on Swiss territory and Switzerland is institutionally affected as a state. If this is not the case, it concerns individual everyday life.
